Our client is a dynamic and forward thinking firm of quantity surveyors in central London providing a full cost and project management service to a range of clients for retail, commercial, residential, hi-tech and other projects.
They have a good record with their clients for providing a quality service and 70% or their work is repeat business. They are also good with further training and CPD. They now have a requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to become involved in a range of residential and mixed use projects including some interesting one off projects.
You will ideally be RICS qualified although our client will accept someone who is not chartered providing that you have good experience gained with a firm of PQS and have good all-round pre and post contract experience along with good communication and client facing skills. |
