A leading worldwide Cost and Project Management Consultancy require an enthusiastic, dynamic, creative and client facing Project Surveyor to join and assist senior members of staff.

The individual will be working within the commercial development team and on such projects as City & West End Offices, Business Parks/Out of Town, Office Fit Out, Private Residential and Mixed Use Masterplanning.

Responsibilities:

Assist in all aspects of quantity surveying from cradle to grave on a project and in some instances be the project leader on smaller projects.
• Handling a number of complex projects at the same time.
• Achieving the highest standards of professional competence and demonstrating this to all clients and professional contacts.
• To achieve the highest standards of excellence in all areas of Technical expertise.
• To recognised suitable marketing opportunities and bring to the attention of Associates, Partners and the Business Development Department so they may follow up potential leads enabling the development of new business.
• Maintaining and developing strong relationships with clients, increasing the profile of the firm.
• Providing risk, value and procurement advice in a sector specialist environment

Skills and Experience:

• Ideally chartered status or 3 to 4 years relevant cost management experience.
• Ideally a degree in a “built environment” subject and/or a relevant professional qualification, typically: MRICS, MAPM, MICE, MCIOB, or equivalent
