My Client is a national multi-disciplinary contract and commercial management consultancy who operates across several diverse business sectors helping there clients, to manage financial and commercial interests in those difficult projects that every business encounters.
My Client seeks a quantity surveyor with a minimum of 5 years post training experience to work on a variety of projects including shopfitting, restoration/conservation, new build and refurbishment works.
The applicant should be competent with preparing Specifications, Schedules of Work, Bills of Quantities, Valuations, Cost Reports and Contract Documents.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, commercially aware and capable of client management and development.
