The role
* Providing support to the Project Control Manager with complete and accurate cost control data.
* Maintenance of complete and accurate reporting, on a routine basis, of cost control data on a specific project.
* Implement and manage a Change Control Plan.
* Maintaining historical records to support and assist in the provision of budgetary data for the preparation of new projects proposals.
The Applicant will have:
* ONC/HNC/HND in related engineering, contract, quantity surveying or financial administration management
* An appropriate degree and/or membership of an Institution e.g. APM, ACCE, ENG, (Mech. / Elec).
* Significant experience in an engineering and/or construction company environment dealing with EPC type projects involving the financial, cost and contract control of engineering design, procurement of materials, equipment and services, manufacture, delivery and site implementation and construction,
* Financial services / commercial background with proven knowledge and qualification in accountancy and / or quantity surveying.
* Proven ability to produce, interrogate and disseminate, in a user friendly format, cost and other related data within the EPC environment.
* Complete awareness of the Company processes and procedures and a first hand experience of operating the full spectrum of Company IT software packages
