They have over 60 offices with over 1500 employees providing consistently high levels of consultancy which rests entirely on their ability to recruit and develop the highest calibre staff.
Due to the continued success of their thriving Manchester office they are seeking a Professional Associate/Partner Quantity Surveyor to join the North West team.
Position
The Associate/Partner position will ideally be for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with pre and post contract experience that has previous experience of wide range of projects. Such as :
High specification fit outs.
Retail projects for Top 5 national retailers
Commercial new build and refurbishment projects for well established developers
Residential projects
Multi apartment high specification residential complexes for national developers
There will be a particular focus on a £250m new building education project in the North West which will be a challenge for any professional.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a proactive PQS who can take responsibility for a number of projects and to manage a team of individuals.
Current procurement trends require an individual with the skills and experience to undertake the role of employer's agent.
You must have well rounded cost planning skills and take a project from initial estimate and tender through to completion.
