ASSOCIATE QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Client
My client is a multi national consultancy who are constantly winning new projects. They work in all sectors, and work closely with local governments and local authorities. Due to this they have continuous work coming through which in todays climate gives the stability.They currently have up to £150m worth of BSF projects coming through and are looking for Senior/Associate Quantity Surveyor who has the experience to work within a managerial role.
Position
•My Client who are a leading consultancy Globally are urgently looking for a Qualified Quantity Surveyor to help drive and develop QS department.
•They currently have £150million of projects coming through, the majority of these in the public sector, such as Building Schools for the Future, hospitals.
•They will have the opportunity to manage up to 15 quantity surveyors and will a real potential to progress throughout the organization.
•The consultancy currently have approximately 12,000 employees with the forecast to grow to 16,000 by 2012. They are a ‘Top 20 company to work for'
•They are based within the Liverpool area however have offices all over the UK and Globally with opportunities to move to these.
Candidate
The successful candidate will have PQS background and ideally have experience working on education projects.
They will ideally have a degree within Quantity Surveying and MRICS qualified.
