Our client is a specialist practice who deals directly with their clients. They have many resources and services that they offer their clients from project co-ordination, project audit, construction management, project monitoring through to contractual agreements.
They are a medium sized organisation who operates across the whole of the UK, with their main office being based in the Preston area.
Position
•The position is for a dynamic graduate or post graduate candidate who is either currently studying or recently completed a BSc in quantity surveying. They are seeking an individual who already has experience within the construction industry working within residential and public sector projects.
They will have the opportunity to work on a number of projects assisting partners and directors who will also help them through their APC.
The Candidate
•They are looking for an assistant Quantity Surveyor who ideally has experience on build and public sector projects within a PQS organisation.
They are seeking for someone who can come in and be given responsibilities immediately, help assist the partners and show initiative within their day to day duties. They will be helped through the degree and APC diary to become chartered.
