My client is a North West based company with a turnover in excess of £950 mil. They focus on education, commercial buildings and public sector frameworks. They pride themselves on their ability to deliver major new buildings for both the public and private sector on a national basis, on time and on budget.
Role and Requirements
My client is currently looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor who will ideally have similar experience in the sectors listed above. The successful candidate should be degree qualified, or equivalent, although not essential as my client values commitment and experience above qualifications. Initially you will be project based in Liverpool reporting directly into the Project Surveyor who will guide and support you throughout the project. The project itself is a £37M educational building and you would be expected to site based until Feb / March 09. After this you will be based within the North West.
Package
My Client is offering a salary up to £27,000 P/A dependant on experience plus full benefits package.
