A modern commercial practice providing a range of property and construction related services require an individual to join their surveying team.
Candidates will be working on a number of their flagship projects across various sectors including commercial, retail, leisure, education and residential.
Responsibilities
• Providing pre and post contract Quantity Surveying and Cost Management services, undertaking own projects and providing support to other members of the team • Assist in preparation of financial reports and final accounts • Auditing of Contractors’ accounts • Attendance at progress meetings / value engineering workshops / risk workshops • Forming part of team undertaking assurance and innovation audits of multi-disciplined delivery teams
