They are currently developing and expanding the Manchester office and due to the number of projects that they are being awarded they are searching for a proven candidate to help lead and run projects from inception through to hand over.
Role
The successful Commercial Manager / Senior Project Manager will work on a range of sectors including:-
Mixed Use
Retail
Commercial
Healthcare
Residential
The successful candidate will have a proven record within a consultancy environment and would have worked on similar projects. They will have experience within business development and ideally be MRICS qualified.
