We have an immediate requirement for a Project Manager on a permanent basis for work based in the Cheshire area.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate increasing levels of project responsibility in projects involving design, procurement and construction and completed a major EPC project.
A proven track record in control, motivation and leadership of multi-national global project teams and experience within the chemical, petrochemical, power, oil & gas or refinery industries is a distinct advantage.
The successful candidate will understand HSE issues associated with process plant design and construction and also have a track record of successful schedule, budget and cash control.
Ideally degree qualified (or equivalent), the Project Manager will report to the Project Director or Head of Projects and will take responsibility for the execution of an EPC project, or a specific area of a major project, and, should be able to deal with senior management on all aspects of the project.
Familiarity of multi-million pound sub-contracts is a huge advantage to candidates.
