Healthcare Associate based in the North West

Requirements
Significant experience in delivering frontline healthcare service (ideally in NHS)
Currently a Senior Manager or recent senior management experience (ideally with a clinical background)
Experience of developing and implementing strategy
Experience of delivering change / redesign (with clinicians)
Experience with the following tools and techniques:
o Process Mapping / Value Stream Mapping o Lean production / Lean Thinking / Lean Sigma / Six Sigma o Capacity and Demand Analysis / Theory of Constraints o Stakeholder Analysis & Management o Organisational Development o Clinical System Improvement (e.g. A&E collaborative)
Experience in project management (+/- Prince2)
Excellent communicator (written & verbal)
Interested in working with a variety of NHS and private healthcare providers
Interested in working with clinicians & patients in developing services and premises that support the delivery of world class healthcare
Self starter
Willing to develop their own work and develop work with their own contact network
