Our oil & gas engineering client is currently looking to recruit a suitable candidate for the role of Contracts Specialist to join their existing team.
Duties & responsbilities:
Assurance of global compliance with corporate and supply policies, procedures and statutory requirements.
Drive commercial contracting excellence.
Increased operational efficiencies by optimisation of contracting services.
Improved relationships with internal customers, functional teams and other sites.
Improvements in Service Levels.
Increased data accuracy, management ownership and user trust / confidence in the SAP and company systems.
Improved control and decision making using standard tools available in the system.
Increased visibility / audit ability across the integrated supply chain and an understanding of the mutual impacts of process aligned teams.
Improved lead time performance within contracting process ensuring contracts are awarded in timely fashion to meet business requirements.
Maintain accurate contracts data in company systems reflecting all relevant operations contracts’ status.
