They are currently looking to recruit a Health, Safety and Environmental Manager based in Manchester to oversee SHE across the gas utilities projects of the business. The Safety, Health and Environmental Manager will be responsible for the development and management of the health, safety and environmental policy and update with regards to changing legislation. Managing a team of SHE Advisors and offering support and guidance to the gas project teams, the Health, Safety and Environmental Manager will be the focal point of SHE compliance on gas utilities projects.
Applicants should hold a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent as a minimum level and have previous experience in the gas utilities civil engineering sector. Ideally candidates will also hold environmental management qualifications and have knowledge of specific gas safety legislation |
