We are looking to recruit a high calibre Mechanical Engineer to join our expanding Environmental Engineering group in Manchester and to work on high profile projects. The Role:
As a senior engineer the main focus with be on the delivery of projects. Aware of design, commercial, programme and quality targets set for the projects, occasionally required to chair meetings, mentor intermediate and graduate engineers. Designing all of principal systems which constitute building services systems, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of a number of projects.
The Person:
We are looking for someone with excellent people skills, able to communicate at all levels, organised individual, with a passion for mechanical and evironmetnal design, enjoys working within a fun team, experience with working on a diverse range of design projects.
You will have experience in design of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and water services systems for buildings and a track record in the successful design and delivery of complex, high quality projects across a range of sectors. Preferably degree qualified having achieved or working towards chartered membership. You will have the passion and creative approach, a good communicator, seek responsibility, need freedom to develop and are able to build successful relationships with clients and colleagues whilst delivering the highest quality solutions. You will have proven experience or a keen interest in sustainability and innovative thinking. A competent user of software employed in the design and production process.
