Duties To lead mechanical / multi-service design team, hands-on design role, responsible for financial management of projects. Education /Experience A person who would be successful in this position might typically be a Graduate with approximately fifteen years of experience Project Experience Commercial experience in offices, hotels, banking, new-build and refurbishment. Additional experience in retail and/or residential would be advantageous Technical Experience In-depth knowledge of all standard electrical systems, low voltage power distribution etc Knowledge of LG3 standards Knowledge of and ability to specify and develop lift traffic analysis High level of experience in banking fit outs and commercial installations Specification and detailing of standby generating and UPS installations CIBSE/IEE or chartered status preferred Willing and able to carry out any aspect of design work.
