Our client are a Facilities Maintenance and Building Services specialist with a service history dating back to the 1950's. They are part of one of the largest Engineering companies with an international presence.
They offer of integrated solutions including design, and installation, of building services equipment, maintenance of the systems and management of buildings across various market sectors.
They specialise in:
• HVAC
• lighting
• Distribution and power
• Security: access control and cctv
• fire detection
• Protection
• energy management systems
• Data Systems
• Clean rooms.
Due to the award of a prestigious contract they are seeking to recruit a variety of Multi Disciplined Site Engineers with Mechanical bias either ACS or Air conditioning with 16th Edition.
Your primary responsibilities will be to deliver both planned and reactive maintenance services on site to commercial HVAC equipment. This is a Resident commercial site and client interface is key.
The suitable applicants will be qualified to the following standards:
Either ACS Commercial and Industrial Appliances-Single discipline
or City & Guilds Air Conditioning + City & Guilds 16th Edition.
You will be working Mon-Friday either 7am-3.30pm or 9.30-6pm.
