We supply more than 200 retailer and licensed brands of beverages in 20 manufacturing facilities. We partner with the world’s leading grocery and mass merchandise retailers to build their private label or retailer brand programs with high-quality, affordable carbonated soft drinks, sparkling and flavoured waters, energy drinks, sports drinks, juices, juice drinks and smoothies, ready-to-drink teas and other non-carbonated beverages.

The technician will be in close attendance on the assigned production line, in order to provide engineering solutions, and to assist in an operational capacity when and where required.
During production, all machines and ancillary plant will be monitored, with notes taken and the relevant log sheets completed. this monitoring will ensure that any defects observed can be rectified at the earliest possible opportunity.
To liaise with production supervisors or shift managers and their assistants, in order to help in foreseeing possible problems, enabling early action to be taken in order to minimize downtime and lead to improvements. to closely monitor the production program, in order to prepare for changeovers.
Follow preventative maintenance and lubrication schedules, and to liaise with stores personnel regarding spare parts requirements. some repairs and preparatory work will be carried out during production, although the technician will mainly carry out repair work, planned maintenance and inspection, outside of production hours.
Assist with installation work, and give assistance to contractors, as and when required, ensuring that site standards are strictly adhered to at all times.
Inform the relevant departmental management of intended work to be carried out and obtain permission to proceed, and to ensure that any specific permits required to carry out the work are obtained before the work proceeds.
