The custodial services sector of the company has recently won a 10 year contract based on a single site South Manchester and as a result is looking for a customer focused, Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer with a mechanical/electrical/building services background, with relevant qualifications to support this.
The offender management sector has firms plans for growth and is currently tendering for further contracts in this area.
Overview
The successful candidate will work with the Facilities team to provide PPM and reactive maintenance on this prestigious, high security contract.
Qualifications and Experience
Mechanical/electrical/building services background with relevant qualifications
A custodial services related background would be an advantage
Ideally currently working as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Experience of managing subcontractors

Ability to use initiative and work well under pressure when necessary
