Parkhouse Recruitment are working with their client, one of the leading energy companies in the UK to source a flexible Engine Maintenance Technician. Your role will involve the fault diagnosis, repair and servicing of gas fields, plant and equipment at various company locations identified as your responsibility.
The client is keen to hear from candidates who are willing to assist with liaison between customer site representatives and the company, as the role is field based applicants are required to hold a valid driving licence.
Key Attributes
• Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
• Has experience and can demonstrate competency in landfill gas management, and maximising its use as a fuel gas, for energy plants
• Formal qualification or can display expertise in the mechanical and/or electrical area of reciprocating engines, gas turbines and power generation plant.
• Ability to share knowledge and experience with others within the group and company
• Ability to work under competitive time constraints and project schedules
