Project work currently involves: BREEAM, SBEM, Part L Building Regulations Compliance, Sustainable Design, Carbon Trust Audits, SAP Assessments. The Role Involvement in progressing the status and skill base of the energy/sustainability offering within the Blackburn office. Responsibilities Responsible for the undertaking of BREEAM assessments – From input in the design process to certification of the scheme with the BRE. · Energy Auditing. · Part L Building Regulations assessments using the SBEM package. · Sustainable Design. · Development of new energy management schemes. Essential Criteria · Graduate: Degree held in technical or environmental discipline. · Driving License Desirable Criteria · BREEAM Accredited · Carbon Trust Accredited · Consultancy Experience · Familiarity with HevaComp · Low Carbon Consultant Assessor · Member of the Institute Of Energy Remuneration Package · Salary - negotiable depending on skills · Money Purchase Scheme Pension – Contributory 6% - 5% · Share save Scheme · Share Ownership Scheme · Holidays - 20 days per annum NB: Relocation assistance will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
