The overall purpose of this role is to perform quality and environmental management auditing, to provide guidance and training on these issues as required, and to research and develop new practices.
The role will demand broad skills but within this challenging and exciting context, will specifically involve:
monitoring performance Providing support and developing our methods of operation. Quality and environmental management auditing of sites and offices to ensure IMS, legal and best practice compliance. The provision of IMS and best practice guidance and training. The preparation of sites and offices for BSI on-going assessment. Contribution to the on-going development and improvement of the IMS and it's operation.
The successful candidate will have: Knowledge and experience of the construction industry or an associated industry Received auditor training. Knowledge and experience of quality and environmental management auditing. Knowledge and experience of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and management systems are essential. Knowledge and experience of environmental legislation and best practice. Knowledge and experience of sustainability issues. Training, presentation and report writing skills.
