Core competencies include:
• HAZID • Hazardous area classification
• Qualitative & quantitative risk assessment • Fire and explosion engineering
• Consequence analysis • Safety case development
• Frequency analysis • Process safety management systems
• ARM • Process safety culture
• Functional safety • Individual, group and organisational behaviour / performance
Knowledge and experience of relevant process safety legislation, standards, tools and techniques, and permissioning regimes would be an advantage.
