Instrument, Control & Automation (ICA) Engineer
An Instrument, Control & Automation (ICA) Engineer is urgently required to work for one of the biggest organizations in the Power & Distribution Industry, based in the Newton-Le-Willows area.
This will be a Permanent position with an attractive salary of around £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience.

The role:
As an Instrument, Control & Automation (ICA) Engineer you will have Technical authority and responsibility for ICA Engineering matters.
You will Monitor & Control quality of all ICA Engineering outputs.
Development, implementation & maintenance of an appropriate ICA Engineering standard system and modelling & design tools.
The adequate integration or ICA Engineering with other functions through activities such as interdisciplinary design checks, attendance and effective participation at design and project meetings etc
The adequate delivery to quality, time and coast of the ICA Engineering function.
You will set clear performance standards for yourself and the team, monitor progress and as appropriate take action.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve personnel and our business performance.
The person:
The ideal Instrument, Control & Automation (ICA) Engineer you will have experience of delivering ICA Engineering to support and multidiscipline project implementation within process industries.
You will have knowledge of project management and engineering contract environment.
You will have direct experience in downdraft gasification technology.
You will have good knowledge of all Microsoft applications and be I.T. literate.
