They currently have a vacancy for an Environmental Scientist in their Natural & Built Environment Team, to be based in their Warrington Office. This will include, but not be limited to, execution of waste management projects, support to business development, preparation of estimates and proposals. Projects could include, feasibility studies, design and engineering for municipal, hazardous or commercial waste treatment processes e.g. stabilisation, composting, anaerobic digestion, MBT, energy from waste, transfer stations.
You will need to demonstrate a strong technical background and useful experience, and reasonable understanding of UK regulation in this area.
You will be keen to win and execute high quality work and will be prepared to work alone or in larger teams, and in cooperation with or waste experts in Belgium and elsewhere in with the organisation. You will also be required to supervise and mentor less experienced staff and be responsible for the technical quality of elements of the projects which you are involved with.
You will be able to demonstrate an ability to communicate well in written and verbal media.
