An excellent opportunity has currently arisen for an Associate Director that has a proven track record in the area of Sustainability. Our client is a large international consultancy that specialises in the area of construction and management to their clients in the private and public sector and employ over 2000 staff worldwide. They have offices throughout the UK and they are looking for someone to be based out of their Birmingham, Manchester or Leeds office, where there are already established sustainability teams. They are looking for someone that has experience and is commercially successful to further develop their sustainability business and further strengthen the leadership of the UK team. The successful candidate will be an experienced Associate with Construction and/or Property Sector knowledge and a demonstrable track record of delivering projects to budget and on time. The main aspect of the role will see you involved with sustainability consulting, BREEAM assessments and environmental management. The range of work will be diverse and cover all the sustainability and environmental issues facing the built environment from community cohesion to renewable energy. The ideal candidate will preferably have Chartered status and environmental management/consulting experience, some of which relates to sustainability in the built environment.
