Projects are managed from the office or a dedicated site team, depending upon location, size, duration and complexity. The Role
Candidates should have some experience in the building services sector and hopefully be qualified in either an electrical or mechanical discipline.
A proven track record in the management of people and sub contractors is essential and references will be required along with proof of qualifications.
Ideally, candidates shall already possess a suitably recognised skill card.
The role requires working across an interesting & diverse work base covering many specialised areas of the M&E industry.
The role requires involvement in the control of site costs and the reporting against programme as well as working within a team environment.
Working strategically with Contract Engineers you will possess excellent Client, Sub Contractor & inter-personal management skills.
Candidates must be a dynamic team player with the desire and ability to succeed. Benefits will be commensurate with experience and in line with the industry and those of a leading organisation.
Training will be provided under the IIP accreditation on an ongoing basis.
Candidates must possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Office skills as would be expected in the role. Excellent career potential for the right candidates.
