We currently have immediate vacancies for Mechanical Design Engineers on a contract basis for positions based in the Lancashire area.
Candidates will ideally have experience working within the Nuclear industry, however, this is not essential and candidates with experience working within multidisciplinary design teams in other industries will be considered.
Candidates should be proficient in the use of AutoCad software and the ability to use 3D modeling packages in a working environment is a distinct advantage.
Candidates with experience in the design of special purpose machinery will be preferred as will those with in depth knowledge of drawing principles and standards and the requirements of CE marking and CDM regulations.
The successful candidates will ideally be educated to at least HNC level with experience in various design and manufacturing environments
