Our client are a Facilities Maintenance and Building Services specialist with a service history dating back to the 1950's. They are part of one of the largest Engineering companies with an international presence.
They offer of integrated solutions including design, and installation, of building services equipment, maintenance of the systems and management of buildings across various market sectors.

Due to the award of a prestigious contract they are seeking to recruit two of Multi Disciplined Site supervisors with Mechanical bias either ACS or HVAC with 16th Edition.
Your primary responsibilities will be to manage the delivery of both planned and reactive maintenance services on site to commercial HVAC equipment. You will be managing a team of HVAC Engineers on site, ensuring the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance services and completion of associated paperworks.
This is a commercial site and client interface is key.
The suitable applicants will be qualified to the following standards:
ACS Commercial and Industrial Appliances-Single discipline
or City & Guilds Air Conditioning + City & Guilds 16th Edition.
The roles will cover the following hours:
Day Supervisor: £29,000
Monday-Friday 7am-3.30pm and 9.30pm-6pm
Shift Supervisor: £31,500
4 days on and 4 days off: 7am-7pm
