Duties
Material take off and procurement
Liaising with client
Contract cost control & preparation of applications and invoices
Liaising with design team
Labour scheduling
Preparation of CDM, Health & Safety and O&M Manuals
Qualifications:
City & Guilds or higher related to Mechanical Services or Demonstrable Vocational related experience
Hours of Work
42.5hrs per week Monday to Friday
