Energy Assessors and Survey assistants needed for the London, Northwest & Midlands areas

Our Client is an Electrical and Mechanical consultancy providing asset management and an engineering design service. This company operates across the spectrum of engineering and property management, from the pre-purchase or design stage through to maintenance and refurbishment.

They have many years experience of dealing in this industry and it has given them a thorough understanding of the requirements of the building owners and operators.

The Energy Assessors will preferably have experience in producing Level 3, 4 or 5 Energy Performance Certificates or accreditation as an “Assessor” with demonstrable skills in any of the approved modelling techniques.

The Survey assistants should be able to gather data on the building & services? So you need to understand M&E. There may be some people out there who understand buildings & building construction and could be trained to assess and select on the lists of SBEM data (Simplified Building Energy Model) the correct HVAC.

The Survey assistants do not need to be trained in SBEM as our client has people who can oversee their work at QA stages during the process but you need to know that the model is the tool that is leading the surveying process.
