What is the Role?
As a Civil Engineer you will be part of a small team of junior and mid-level Bridge and structural design engineers. This vacancy gives you the opportunity to work on a large variety of New and Refurbishment Bridge Projects, as well as some Civil related developments. For example this company have recently started a Project for Metronet, which involves the refurbishment of a large station platform.
The junior and mid-level engineers that you will be working along side are in an existing team of 5. However due to the increasing workload that this company is currently experiencing, they are looking to increase this number.
The company put a strong focus on client relationships and you will be involved in the maintaining of these relationships, and help towards creating repeat business with existing companies, such as Metronet. This role therefore gives you the ability to develop your managerial development.

Who are the likely candidates?
A likely candidate will have a strong academic background. A full range of experience in the bridge field is needed, which includes detailed design, inspection, assessment and feasibility studies, on both new and refurbishment projects. The experience of being involved and adjusting in an expanding team is also desirable.
Candidates that can show Civil Engineering experience as well as bridge experience will be favoured.
What Skills do I need?
· Strong academic background
· Good experience in Bridge Design
· Ability to work well within a team
· Some Client interfacing
· Experience in Civil Engineering preferred
