AIR CONDITIONING ENGINEER- NORTH WEST- MOBILE ROLE
We are looking for a HVAC Maintenance Engineer based in Manchester or its surrounding area. My client provides facilities management, technical and support services to the commercial and public sectors. They believe in employee development so training will be provided.
The Role:
•Carry out PPM Planned Preventative maintenance activities to essential site specialised refrigeration & chilling systems
•Maintenance, service and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration units in controlled manufacturing environment.
•Equipment maintained includes VRVs, Fan coils, AHU, chilled water systems serving manufacturing and production lines. Freezers, chillers used for storage.
•Respond to site emergency breakdowns as and when required. Assist maintenance & project teams with technical expertise & backup when required.
•Maintain accurate plan maintenance records.
Minimum requirement
•Good communication and high levels of enthusiasm
•City & Guilds 2078 Safe Handling of Refrigerants and association to ACRIB, CITB or Skill Card accreditation is preferred but not essential.
•Candidates must have experience of Chillers, A/C, and Refrigeration or combination of these with Chillers and / or refrigeration being their core subjects
•Experience working with HVAC / BMS Controls would also be a benefit
