Our client is looking to add a Building Services Engineer to the team. This will be a key role in the business with candidates fulfilling the below requirements.
Essential
HNC (minimum) in Building Services or related discipline
Knowledge of Building Services Design
Competence in mainstream Microsoft Software packages
Construction experience
Experience in dealings directly with clients
Commercial experience
Preferred
Knowledge of building services prefabrication
Project Management
Estimating Experiences
Experience in production of building services designs
AutoCAD
CadDuct
Planning / Programming
