My client are a huge multi-disciplinary international consultancy who have designed some of the worlds most challenging and innovative projects. They are now seeking an experienced Structural Engineer who is highly motivated and are willing to take on large challenges.
The role for the structural engineer will be for someone with experience in a hands on design position working on a range of projects. You will provide structural design calculations and prepare and review drawings. You will be responsible for delagating work to structural technicians and mentor their progress. You will also complete reports and admin work as and when needed. Their is essential need to communicate and co-ordinate with the other engineers and other disciplines.
The suitable candidate will be degree qualified or equivalent. You will have a track record of structural designs and you will be up to date with all th quality assurance standards. You will need to be familar with Singapore codes and practices or similar. Part of your role will be a need to build strong client relationships quickly and efficently. The sucessfull candidate will be able to work independantly as well as in a team and be able to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines. You will have excellent communication skills and have a proven ability plan and time manage effeciently.
Salary will very depeding on the candidate but will be up to and possibly above £55,000. Benefits include;
