Projects Director – Turkey & CIS
My client is a general contracting and project development group. It undertakes the construction of a variety of superstructure and infrastructure construction projects on an international scale. The geographic scope of the group covers the regions of the Middle East, Eastern Europe, Central Asia and Northern Africa.
This successful Construction Group, which has been ranked among the Top 225 International Contractors worldwide by the Engineering News Record (USA) several times since 1995, is one of the leading groups of the construction industry with its experience, personnel, machinery group and financial capacity.
They are urgently seeking a Projects Director to oversee all of the companies projects in Turkey, Russia, Ukraine, Central Asia and Bulgaria. The role will be based in the companies Head Office in Istanbul but will require a significant amount of travel throughout the region.
The company is mainly engaged on Retail projects so candidates should have expertise in this area. Logistics is also a large growth area, therefore Construction experience in this sector would be an advantage. Also, because of new projects in Bulgaria, any experience in Bulgaria would be a benefit too.
The ideal candidate will speak fluent Turkish and Russian and will have significant experience working on multiple projects in the region. The salary and benefits for this role will be commensurate to the experience of the candidate.
