Our Client is seeking to appoint the following personnel:
Senior Cost Manager (RICS), Cost Managers(RICS) 2, Assistant Cost Managers 2
Almaty is the financial centre of Kazakhstan, one of the emerging countries of the former Russian Empire.
Our client and their partners are providing management and cost management services for a major developer based in Almaty and other major cities in the former republics of Russia.
The initial scheme is a mixed development to include offices, residential and leisure facilities with a value in excess of £350m with a 4/5 star hotel due to commence soon.
We are looking for individuals who are able to work within a team structure with other consultants and represent their company to the full .
The enormous potential for growth in this location provides major opportunities for our client and the staff able to make this happen.
Experience Needed
Initial requirements are for one Senior Cost Manager, two Cost Managers and two Assistant Cost Managers, the team will co-locate with the project management consultancy to work on these schemes
Ideally, you will be degree qualified, MRICS would be preferred but is not essential.
Good communication skills are key -
all documentation is in English, but Turkish would be useful,
You will be responsible for Cost Planning and Pre-contract surveying duties. Knowedge of Primavera would be useful, but is not directly required in these roles.
Initially these posts are available on a 6-12 mth secondment basis, with remuneration including living expences.
There will be scope to continue your employment in Almaty, but you would also be able work in other Gleeds' locations thereafter.
These roles are permanent and staff roles
