Job responsibilities:
The successful candidate will reside in Kuwait for approximately 2-3 years and will initially act as a Design Manager coordinating the services of the consultant prior to appointment of the Contractor. Once the Contractor is appointed they will act as the Contract Administrator/Project Manager on the site overseeing the work of the International Design/Build Contractor.

Person Specification:
• Professionally qualified within a construction discipline
• Clear understanding of the design and construction process with appropriate experience in the coordination of the different disciplines involved in the design of construction projects.
• Strong client facing skills
• Effective communicator with a first class modern and sympathetic management style
• Manager and motivator of people
• An ability to know when and how to add value to the project and think beyond their own discipline
• Has previous contract administration experience
• Experience of or looking to work as a project manager or project leader on multi-discipline projects (£ multi-million construction value)
