You must have 7 to 10 years of international experience in the design of large scale mixed use master planning developments.
With a diploma or MA in Urban design with a background in either landscape architecture, architecture or a degree in town planning you will need to liaise with master developers, design consultants, regulatory bodies & governmental authorities in identifying and undertaking current & future development plans.
You must be able to demonstrate analytical, design and presentation skills and be able to work on own initiative and a full understanding of the Urban planning process. Due diligence, feasibility studies, concept design & detailing and primary estimation of projects are a part of the responsibilities.
You must be able to demonstrate creative design skill in graphic presentation and concept design and have a good knowledge of AutoCAD and Photoshop. Good hand-drawn and CAD perspective skills are an advantage.
