Senior Planning Manager – Dubai
You will be an expert in Primavera and you will have at least 10 years experience in the construction sector with a strong bias in design and build.
Your main duties will involve but will not be limited to:
Cost Control
•Budgets recasting
•Commitments validation and management
•Invoices control and process
•Forecast set-up and analysis of difference with current budget
•Involvement in the interfaces with the clients and subcontractors
•Change orders and claims negotiations
•Cost reports establishment
Planning/Scheduling
•Set-up of monitoring systems
•Set-up and follow-up of all sorts of schedules (conceptual, proposal, detailed, man-hours, engineering, intermediate, construction, start-up)
•Monthly status reports establishment
•Set-up and follow-up of the projects physical progress
Profile
You will have a dynamic, “can do” personality to succeed in this demanding environment. You will be used to leading meetings and will be comfortable with challenging international clients.
