Planner – Dubai
Our client has grown into one of the most successful residential, commercial and leisure developers in the Middle East and is continuing to rapidly expand with a property portfolio in excess of $20bn. They offer a diverse range of expertise and support services from around the world allowing them to manage their projects from start to finish.
They are currently looking to strengthen their team of professionals within Project Management and Urban Planning. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of international experience in the design of large scale mixed use master planning developments. They will have either a diploma or Masters Degree in urban design and a background in either landscape architecture, architecture or a degree in town planning. Part of this role will be to liaise with master developers, design consultants, regulatory bodies & governmental authorities in identifying and undertaking current & future development plans. The successful candidate will have a full understanding of the urban planning process and must be able to demonstrate analytical, detailed design and presentation skills and be able to work on their own initiative. Due diligence, feasibility studies, concept design & detailing and primary estimation of projects are also a part of the responsibilities. A demonstration of creative design skills in graphic presentations and concept designs will need to be proven and have a good knowledge of AutoCAD and Photoshop. Good hand-drawn and CAD perspective skills are an advantage
