MASTER PLANNER / LANDSCAPE – DUBAI and ABU DHABI
Master Planner and Landscape Architects required for Dubai and Abu Dhabi
My clients hold a dominated presence in the Middle East; they are working on the development of high-rise commercial and residential developments, marinas and exclusive resorts. They boast an excellent reputation for quality and innovation.
Due to new contracts, more clients and an ever enhancing reputation in the Middle East they are looking for a number of planners and landscape architects at various levels. The specific role & responsibilities associated with each role will vary upon qualifications, experience, and grade and office location however some details are shown below.
URBAN DESIGN / MASTER PLANNING REQUIREMENTS;
•Degree or diploma
•Minimum of 3 years experience in urban planning / master planning
•good design skills
•ability to understand the overall picture for master planning projects – including planning, design and related infrastructure needs
•computer and hand drawing skills, including AutoCAD, sketchUp and Adobe CS2
•ability to work as part of in integrated team of many nationalities and backgrounds
LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT REQUIREMENTS
•Degree qualified
•Minimum of 3 years experience in landscape design
•Experience in design team leadership
•Must be familiar with design, tender and construction processes
•Good working knowledge of the following software: Auto CAD, Sketch Up, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
