This is something a little different that, if you are a construction planner, maybe you may not have thought of before. Essentially, this is a South Yorkshire based client whose business is in the area of contract claims, dispute resolution and commercial management. They are looking for a suitably skilled individual who knows how to use Primavera or possibly Powerproject, to act as a Delays Analyst. You will be responsible for analysing project plans, and ascertaining where problems have arisen, using your skills to progress claims and contract disputes.
You will either join the existing office in Sheffield, or possibly play a part in a new office opening in Leeds, processing work coming out of the South Yorkshire office. You must have excellent construction planner skills, and be well versed in Primavera or Powerproject. The role is crucial to the development of the practice, and as such, salaries will vary accordingly, depending on your level, but could be anywhere between £30,000 and £60,000, possibly a little more for the right candidate!
