Executive Solutions are keen to appoint Resident Engineers to join their International Engineering Consultancy firm with major projects based in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Qatar. The principal function of this position is construction supervision in their expanding teams throughout the UAE and Qatar. You will be required to work on multiple, large scale, high rise projects.

Responsibilities in this role include:
• Supervising the work of the contractor
• Liaison with the Client and Contractor representatives
• Managing the site supervision team (including Assistant Resident Engineers, Site Engineers and Inspectors)
• Approving valuations and monitoring health and safety
• Preparation or review of daily, weekly and monthly reports
The successful candidate should possess and be able to demonstrate the following skills and knowledge:
• Site supervision experience of large scale projects (preferably high rise)
• BSc Engineering (Mechanical and or Electrical)
• Ability to establish strong client working relationships
• Experience of site supervision in the Middle East would be advantageous
• Must be willing to undertake short-term international assignments if required
