Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Project Manager – Moscow
£50,000 – 70,000 + Bonus
The Client is a leading global real estate developer with a strong presence in Moscow and Eastern Europe plans to expand further in the fast and exciting market that the Russian construction industry currently represents.
Projects – Our client has an ongoing multimillion project and a number of other projects at a tender stage. The projects in question are large value projects – office/warehouse/
light industrial/retail/residential based in Moscow and the Moscow region.
Role –Working on an office centre based in Moscow in a team of ex-pats and local professionals. The candidate must be strongly practical / technical, have real site experience, and an excellent understanding of the construction process.
The candidate for the position of MEP Project Manager should have:
•10-15 years of experience as a MEP engineer
•Stronger experience and knowledge of Mechanical Engineering
•Extensive on site experience
•An engineering degree
•Experience of Management and working with subcontractors
•Some local knowledge and understanding of culture
•Russian language is a bonus
