Requirements:
Bsc or Msc in Mechanical Engineering is a must
Knowledge in the UAE market and experience from the UK would be an advantage
Proven knowledge in Project Management at Director level
Deep knowledge in building services ,Refrigeration , Air conditioning ,Thermodynamics and Hydraulics
Knowledge in renewable energy and energy efficiency technologies.
Deep understanding for the sustainable design requirements
Key tasks and duties:
To determine the need for external consultants, prepare requests for proposals and evaluate proposal responses;
Present recommendations to the Senior Project Director.
Maintain a record of the Design Consultant(s) submittals and control in a timely manner the submittals/correspondence received from the Design Consultant(s).
Participates in Value Engineering workshops to identify elements of the consultants’ designs where improvements in value to the Employer are possible while maintaining the established quality standard.
Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day management of the project(s) and follow up behind the construction
