Executive Solutions are urgently recruiting for a mechanical design division manager for their leading Engineering and Architectural Consultancy client based in Kuwait Qatar, Bahrain and Oman. Our client works with a broad spectrum of leading organisations throughout the world, including private investors, investment groups, government bodies and international hotel chains. They currently offer comprehensive design service, including master planning, architectural and engineering design, tender documentation and site supervision to their clients and they have recently been involved with international, joint venture projects. You will be responsible for Mechanical design division and the technical capacity of the working practice
Experience required:
Have working knowledge in Air-conditioning, Fire Control System, and Mechanical Plumbing.
• Management experience with the ability to lead a team of engineering colleagues and communicate and interact with all other building disciplines
• Strong organizational skills
• Sector experience in building types of high rise, luxury villas, hotels, hospitals, commercial
• Strong Mechanical Design experience
• Strong command of written and spoken English
• Able to interface with both clients and other inter-office disciplines at senior level
• Licensed or Certified Mechanical Design Engineer with at least 15+ years experience of which 5 years will have been in a similar position working with a consulting company.
• A degree in Mechanical Engineering is a must
