A leading international building services consultancy which is recognised for it's leadership, innovation and cutting edge focused projects is seeking highly qualified electrical and mechanical engineers. Our client is a consultancy who specialises in comprehensive integrated services for design, construction and on-going management of major building projects. They provide engineering core services across all fields of mechanical, electrical, fire safety, industrial, ecological sustainability, communications and automation.
They have an immediate opportunities for Electrical & Mechanical Engineers to be responsible for all activities related to assigned projects including ultimate responsibility for design, documentation, estimates, tender analysis, reports, administration and programming. Your strengths in maintaining and building strong client relationships, project management, design, cost management and leadership within the business will secure you as an integral member of the senior management team.
To be considered for the position your experience will encompass the following:
o Tertiary qualifications in mechanical or electrical and experience within building services / consulting
o Previous experience in leading and managing a small diverse team
o Proven experience in identifying new opportunities for the business and developing or taking part in preparing business proposals
o Strong design experience and experience with China Projects
