THE ROLE.....
Managing a team of mechanical engineers and inspectors
Interact with the design team to co-ordinate the project
Collaborate with Contractors, Sub Contractors and the Client team
Monitor all mechanical installations for workmanship and quality
Review all contractors submittal documents
Regularly liaise with our design team
Participate in technical and commercial meetings with all site team members
Undertake necessary on site design
Assist the Project Manager in contractural and financial matters
Complete reports and other project administration
QUALITIES WE ARE LOOKING FOR........
Must be a Chartered Engineer
Minimum 5 years experience in an mechanical residential engineer's role
Experience of working on at least one major prestigious project
The ability to monitor electrical installation workmanship and quality in accordance with relevant codes
Ability to identify and resolve on site technical issues
Ability to lead and manage a team independantly
Drive and determination to deliver projects successfully and pride in your work

An excellent salary dependant on experience but between £63 - £70K (38-45,000AED)
