PRINCIPAL ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES........
You would report directly to the Senior Resident Engineer
* Inspect and supervise the mechanical works in accordance with specifications/drawings and statutory regulations
* Carry out mechanical site audits/inspections
* Coordinate MEP and Architectural inspections where necessary
* Record changes on site and review as built drawings & submissions
* Assist in the administration of safety programmes
* Be the Custodian of mechanical drawings
* Check site manpower/resource/plant/machinery as required
* Ensure proper handover of inspections to next shift
* Maintain a site diary on a daily basis
